architect (ETSABarcelona, 1995), specialized in envelope technologies and materiality. teacher at MIAD ETSALS Barcelona since 2015, former adjunct professor at BIArch (2010-12) and former professor at ETSALS, tarragona (2006-09) and ESARQ, barcelona (2006). building envelope consultant and planner since 2011. currently based in barcelona after working in basel, hamburg and madrid as an associate of herzog & de meuron, basel (1999-2011). he collaborated with josep lluís mateo, MAP architects, barcelona (1992-97), where he was in charge of several competitions and international designs.

architect (ETSABarcelona, 2003), is Lecturer and Researcher at the Chair of Structural Design at ETH Zurich since 2011 and was Adjunct Professor at the BIArch (2010-12). He obtained his Master in Emergent Technologies & Design at the AA (2011) and developed his professional career by collaborating with international architectural firms such as Herzog & de Meuron, Abalos & Herreros, FOA, SHoP Architects and Cloud9. His research is focused on contemporary design methods and on the study and development of architectural experiments & prototypes.

pierluigi received his diploma in Building Engineering and Architecture from the University of Pisa (2007), a Master of Architecture from the AA School of Architecture in London (2012) and a PhD from ETH Zurich (2018). Since 2006, he has been gaining professional experience as an architect and an engineer in various offices. He is currently Lecturer and Postdoctoral Researcher at ETH Zurich, as well as director of xmade GmbH. His research is focused on exploring the convergence of architecture and engineering through emergent building technologies.

architect (ETSAMadrid, 2010), specialized in sustainable and energy efficient construction technologies. she collaborates as well with the professional association eco-union, in the pedagogical team, for the production of pedagogic material and the consulting in e-learning courses. she worked in germany in the studio stoehr+partner (2011) in the design, renovation and enlargement of buildings in the public sanity sector in the region of main-kinzig-kreis. during her studies, she worked as an intern with the architect carlos hernandez pezzi, málaga.
